Dear Existing and New Patients,
Our office offers in person appointments as well as tele-medicine visits. Telemedicine visits are virtual/electronic visits using your cell phone or computer and include a video-call assessment as well as prescription of any/all medications.
Please be aware that in some cases, patients must be seen in person for their initial evaluation appointment. This differs case by case and depends greatly on the nature of the booking reason and/or medications that are being prescribed. Unless indicated otherwise or unless requested by the patient themsevles, appointments are scheduled as tele-medicine virtual visits.

Please be aware that any appointment requested online is not confirmed until your new patient questionnaire is completed, submitted and approved by our clinicians within 48 hrs of booking.
