Cancellation Policy/Missed appointments
It is an office policy that a minimum of 24 hour notice be provided for cancelling your appointment. It is important that you appear for all scheduled appointments.
Your failure to cancel an appointment in a timely manner deprives other patients of an opportunity to receive care at our office.
You will be responsible for paying a missed appointment fee of 1/2 your missed appointment fee if you fail to appear for a scheduled visit and have not provided at least 24 hours advanced notice of cancellation. This policy is aimed at minimizing the waiting time and ensuring availability of prompt medical care to all patients.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Please call our office at 714-871-9357 to speak about scheduling an appointment or click on the 'book an appointment' link under the Appointment Request tab, which will allow you to schedule an appointment online via Patient Pop (limited availability).
Please note that if you schedule an appointment online you must complete the new patient questionnaire within 48 hours of booking. The questionnaire is carefully examined by our clincians in order to make sure Revîv Psychiatry is the best office for what you are seeking treatment for. If approved by the providers, a member of our staff will reach out to you to confirm your appoinment or in case that our providers feel you would benefit from care elsewhere, they will redirect you to a clinic that can better suit your needs.
If you are calling on behalf of someone other than yourself, our staff will need to speak directly to the person seeking treatment from our office in order to confirm the appointment.
